Technical Writer

Within our project management department, we are looking for a qualified Technical Writer/Author with good experience to join our Technical Publications Team. You´ll need to have an aptitude for communicating complex technology topics clearly and concisely to our customers and partners around the world.

Your role and responsibilities

• Independent research of all data necessary for the information development/maintenance to ensure the professional, targeted, timely and appropriate processing of documentation projects
• Independent creation and maintenance of all kinds of customer related information for use
• Independent execution of projects as well as collaboration in various project teams
• Close cooperation with product development, construction and service departments
• Development and support of new media such as online documentation

Qualifications for the role

• Fluent level English language
• Technical Communication qualification
• Strong Technical Writing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively using content creation and source control tools.
• Good experience with Schema ST4
• Good experience with Adobe Creative applications
• Basic experience of XML, Xpath and HTML
• Process-oriented and structured thinking with good organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Reliable and enthusiastic team player
