We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Controller to join our dynamic finance team. If you enjoy working with data, uncovering insights, and supporting strategic decisions, this could be your next career move.

As a Finance Controller, you will support the Head of Professional Solutions Czechia & Slovakia and Head of Finance Czechia & Slovakia in analyzing business performance, preparing financial plans, and ensuring accurate and effective financial management. This role is ideal for someone with first experience in Controlling or Financial Analysis who is ready to grow in a multinational environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Support monthly financial closings in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial data
• Prepare and maintain management reports, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making
• Perform variance analysis, highlighting key drivers and providing clear commentary on actual vs. plan
• Collaborate closely with accounting teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with IFRS and local GAAP
• Maintain, improve, and automate Excel-based reporting models (pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query)
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with operational objectives
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting, controlling, and financial planning processes
• Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis to support management decisions and business initiatives
• Participate in internal control activities and provide support during audits

What do you bring?

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Financial Analysis, ideally in a multinational environment
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, business transaction cycles, and cash flow analysis
• Advanced analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
• Advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas; VBA an advantage)
• Experience with SAP ERP (FI/CO modules) is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Fluency in Czech or Slovak and strong English communication skills
