Team Manager SAP & Enterprise Applications with a Global Role

We are looking for an experienced leader to take responsibility for a team of specialists covering enterprise IT platforms and applications. We are looking for a strong people manager who can develop talent, foster collaboration, and create an environment where teams can work together and deliver results.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, support and develop a team of IT professionals.
• Set priorities, define objectives, and create conditions for team success.
• Work closely with the functional manager and other stakeholders in an international environment.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and contribute to an open, high-performing culture.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 3 years of proven experience leading and developing teams.
• People-focused leader who can motivate, inspire, demand and support others.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience operating within a matrix organization and collaborating across global teams.
• Knowledge of IT services, enterprise applications, or software development environments is an advantage.
