What will you do?
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and social media
- Help customers with service-related questions and provide effective solutions
- Handle inbound communication only – no cold calling or sales
- Document customer interactions and update case information in internal systems
- Manage simple back-office tasks such as request processing or data verification
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer requests
- Share feedback and ideas to improve the customer experience
- 💡 Previous experience is not required – we provide full training.
Working model
- Home office from anywhere in the Czech Republic
- Occasional visits to our Prague office (a few times per year)
- Company equipment provided
Working hours
Shift-based schedule:
08:00 – 17:00
09:00 – 18:00
Including occasional weekends and public holidays.

- Native Greek speaker
- English at a communicative level (spoken and written)
- Good computer skills (MS Office and online tools)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude
- Ability to stay organized and manage priorities
- Team player who enjoys working in an international environment
