SALES/SERVICE OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR WITH GERMAN

You will support our international sales team, which manages our distribution partners in Europe, Israel, and Africa. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from various departments and take on diverse tasks in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Your responsibilities

• First point of contact for technical & commercial inquiries from our distributors
• Support with customer complaints and service processes
• Coordination of meetings, trainings, and trade fair appearances
• Preparation of quotations, sales reports, and market analyses
• Maintenance of customer data and support with SAP processes
• Participation in marketing campaigns and lead management

To succeed, you will need

• Education in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, International Business/Management, Industrial Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or a comparable field)
• Interest in international sales and technically oriented products
• Structured, communicative working style and team spirit
• Excellent German & English skills (additional languages are a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office; initial SAP experience is a plus
