HR Compensation & Benefits Senior Analyst EMEA

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Compensation & Benefits Senior Analyst EMEA to join our international HR team. As a trusted Compensation & Benefits partner, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing reward programs across the EMEA region. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Global Compensation teams to ensure our compensation practices remain competitive, consistent, and aligned with business objectives.

We´re looking for someone who will:

• Support compensation and benefits processes across the EMEA region
• Collaborate with Global Compensation on market pricing and salary benchmarking
• Manage annual compensation cycles, including merit increases and bonus programs
• Perform compensation, benefits, and workforce cost analyses to support business decisions
• Monitor pay equity and market competitiveness and recommend improvements
• Support HR Business Partners with offers, salary reviews, and compensation-related topics
• Manage STI accrual processes and compensation reporting
• Develop dashboards and insights that enable data-driven HR decisions
• Research market trends and benefits practices across EMEA countries
• Create communication materials related to compensation and benefits programs

What sets you apart:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, HR Analytics, or a similar area
• Strong understanding of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Professional proficiency in English
• Ability to work independently in an international environment
