What you'll do

• You’ll provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, supporting customer engagements and helping advance strategic opportunities.
• You’ll address complex technical enquiries from customers, air forces, and procurement organisations beyond the scope of commercial teams.
• You’ll contribute to RFI/RFP submissions, develop technical proposals, and deliver compelling capability presentations.
• You’ll represent Aero at customer visits, demo flights, air shows, and industry exhibitions, serving as a trusted technical advisor.
• You’ll bridge the gap between Engineering and Sales, translating customer needs into technical requirements and communicating product capabilities to external audiences.
• You’ll establish strong credibility with highly knowledgeable stakeholders, building trust with customers and their technical advisors.

What we're looking for

✔ You’ll bring a background in aerospace, military aviation, or defence engineering, whether as a pilot, operator, engineer, or technical specialist.
✔ You’ll translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messages for non-technical audiences.
✔ You’ll thrive in a customer-facing role that includes frequent international travel.
✔ You’ll adapt easily between supporting sales campaigns and leading in-depth technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
✔ You’ll communicate fluently in English, while additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
