At MWM / Caterpillar Energy Solutions, you will take a key role in coordinating commissioning activities across our international portfolio of MWM, FG Wilson and Olympian power generation solutions. You will bring together engineers, service teams, project managers and customers to ensure the right expertise is in the right place at the right time.

This is an opportunity to move beyond individual commissioning assignments and make a broader impact on how commissioning is planned, coordinated and delivered worldwide.

What will you do?

• Lead global commissioning operations - coordinate commissioning assignments, technical resources and priorities across our international business.
• Coordinate and support commissioning engineers - manage resource allocation, capacity planning and assignments to ensure effective deployment of technical expertise.
• Be the central point of contact - connect customers, project management, service organizations and field engineers across brands and regions.
• Keep projects on track - monitor schedules, commissioning milestones, open technical actions and resource utilization.
• Drive operational excellence - develop KPIs, prepare reports and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Take ownership of operational planning - support budgeting, cost tracking, billing and resource forecasting.
• Improve processes across brands - contribute to standardized commissioning procedures and continuous improvement across the global organization.

What will make you successful?

• A degree in mechanical, electrical, energy or industrial engineering
• Alternatively, a technical qualification combined with several years of experience in commissioning, technical service or technical project coordination.
• Practical understanding of commissioning processes and the challenges faced by field engineers.
• Experience coordinating technical resources, projects, service teams or engineering assignments.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Good English and German skills and the ability to work in an international environment
