O pozici
What will be your responsibilities?
- Lead and develop the Customer Operations Center for Europe as a key pillar of Bühler’s global service strategy, driving profitable growth and an outstanding customer experience.
- Manage a team providing customer and technical remote support across multiple disciplines.
- Set up and continuously improve operational processes, tools and workflows.
- Develop and implement a roadmap for RemoteCare, 24/7 support, connectivity and digital service capabilities aligned with regional and global service strategies.
- Ensure reliable service delivery, including remote and digital services.
- Own the operational budget, cost control and profitability.
- Cooperate closely with sales, service and engineering teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain regular contact with customers and key internal stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to the business units to improve service offerings and digital solutions.
What should you already know/have?
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or another STEM-related field.
- Experience in project management, customer service operations or automation engineering.
- Proven people leadership experience.
- Exposure to international working environments.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization.
- Basic knowledge of financial planning and cost management.
- Strong interest in digital solutions and service innovation.
- Fluent English, written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
