O pozici

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Lead and develop the Customer Operations Center for Europe as a key pillar of Bühler’s global service strategy, driving profitable growth and an outstanding customer experience.
  • Manage a team providing customer and technical remote support across multiple disciplines.
  • Set up and continuously improve operational processes, tools and workflows.
  • Develop and implement a roadmap for RemoteCare, 24/7 support, connectivity and digital service capabilities aligned with regional and global service strategies.
  • Ensure reliable service delivery, including remote and digital services.
  • Own the operational budget, cost control and profitability.
  • Cooperate closely with sales, service and engineering teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and key internal stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback to the business units to improve service offerings and digital solutions.

What should you already know/have?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or another STEM-related field.
  • Experience in project management, customer service operations or automation engineering.
  • Proven people leadership experience.
  • Exposure to international working environments.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Basic knowledge of financial planning and cost management.
  • Strong interest in digital solutions and service innovation.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
