Key Responsibilities
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and sales channels
- Generate leads and build a strong early-stage sales pipeline
- Reach out to potential clients and initiate business relationships
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Develop and communicate compelling value propositions
- Collaborate with internal teams to align go-to-market strategies
- Support and execute the VCP (Value Creation Plan)
- Manage strategic accounts (KAM – Key Account Management)
- Implement sales strategies
- Provide training and development for sales teams (e.g., sales methodology, product training)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or B2B sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
- Customer-focused approach, especially during early engagement and needs discovery
- Fluency in English and Czech is required
