Join CWS Hygiene as a Business Development Manager and be part of a meaningful transformation – supporting new business, driving results, and making a positive impact every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and sales channels
  • Generate leads and build a strong early-stage sales pipeline
  • Reach out to potential clients and initiate business relationships
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Develop and communicate compelling value propositions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align go-to-market strategies
  • Support and execute the VCP (Value Creation Plan)
  • Manage strategic accounts (KAM – Key Account Management)
  • Implement sales strategies
  • Provide training and development for sales teams (e.g., sales methodology, product training)


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or B2B sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
  • Customer-focused approach, especially during early engagement and needs discovery
  • Fluency in English and Czech is required
