The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center operators. This position ensures that performance metrics are achieved through adequate coaching, motivation and accountability.
Core Functions/Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center operators, including monitoring work and attendance in accordance with organizational policy and applicable legal requirements.
- Effectively coach direct reports on their performance on a regular basis to meet performance metrics, at least weekly.
- Identify performance-related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, implement corrective actions, including termination of employment.
- Ensure that the services provided to our customers meet contractual Key Performance Indicators ('KPIs') and financial expectations.
- Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates.
- Provide expertise in resolving escalated customer calls as needed.
- Organize team meetings to ensure rapid communication of relevant information and as an open forum for input. Plan and organize team activities.
- Stay up to date on internal work processes, policies and procedures. Participate in mandatory training for managers.
- Promote Concentrix values through behavior and attitude, including being an advocate for team members.
Candidate profile:
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations.
- Work well under pressure and complete tasks to completion.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- A sense of professionalism and the ability to develop good relationships.
- Previous experience in leading people.
- Knowledge of Czech (level C2) and advanced knowledge of English (minimum level B2).
- Possibility to work shifts (6:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 / 22:00 - 6:00).
- Possibility of immediate start. START DATE: 28/07.
