Senior Finance Systems & Analytics Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Finance Systems & Analytics Specialist to strengthen our financial planning, reporting, and analytics capabilities. You will work at the intersection of finance, data, and technology, supporting business users, investigating complex reporting issues, and helping transform recurring processes into efficient and reliable solutions.

What you will do

• Take ownership of selected FP&A reporting processes and systems support activities.
• Provide frontline user support and serve as a key contact for questions about reporting, planning, analytics and finance tools
• Serve as a key contact for users with questions about reporting, planning, analytics, and finance systems.
• Investigate data and reporting discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate effective solutions.
• Maintain and improve reports, dashboards, planning templates, and analytical tools.
• Work with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Cognos, Power BI, Excel, and related reporting platforms.
• Validate and reconcile data to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely reporting.
• Maintain reporting structures, hierarchies, master data, and mapping logic.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into practical reporting and analytics improvements.
• Prepare datasets, visualizations, and summaries for ad hoc analysis.
• Support the testing, documentation, and implementation of new tools and automated solutions.
• Create clear user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
• Contribute to finance systems projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with Group FP&A, Finance Systems, Commercial, and Operations Billing teams.

What you bring

• Relevant experience in financial reporting, planning, analytics, finance systems, or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical and data-handling skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence in working directly with business stakeholders to resolve reporting and data-related issues.
• Experience supporting or improving reporting, planning, or analytics processes in a corporate environment.
• Good technical aptitude and experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, IBM Planning Analytics, Cognos, or SQL-based data sources.
• A strong interest in understanding how financial data flows across systems and reporting tools.
• The ability to organize recurring activities, manage deadlines, and deliver accurate work in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

It would be great if you also have

• Hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) or another enterprise planning platform.
• Experience developing solutions with Power Query or Power BI.
• Knowledge of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Experience with data models, hierarchies, master data, or reporting structures.
• Exposure to reporting automation and process improvement projects.
• Familiarity with SQL-based data sources.
