Join Our Team as a Technical Configurator Engineer

Are you passionate about making complex systems user-friendly? At Bühler, our Navigator software is at the heart of creating technical and commercial quotations for building plants worldwide.

We're looking for a Technical Configurator Engineer to ensure that our Navigator system is always smart, efficient, and up-to-date.

What will be your responsibilities?

DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT - Creating and managing configurators for our machines, both locally and globally.
INNOVATION - Always aiming to design state-of-the-art configurators for our new machines, as well as keeping our existing configurators up-to-date and efficient.
TEAMWORK - Working closely with Product Management, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Quotation teams.
TRANING -Training manufacturing teams on new and updated configurators, providing data evaluations.
SUPPORT - Stepping in to support teams as a Super User when needed.

What should you already know/have?

• Technical education (Mechanical Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar software
• Understanding of manufacturing principles.
• Fluent English (B2+), knowledge of Czech and German is a plus
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Customer-focused with good judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Bonus points for experience with SQL, experience as a configurator builder, and knowledge of SAP/PLC, Windchill

But don't worry if you lack some experience that we require, additional training will be provided by the company.
