Contracting Manager – Greece

Your Mission:

• Negotiating and contracting of rates, special offers, allocation, release periods, overrides, terms conditions for hotels, ensuring the best available rates and availability
• Analyzing opportunities for opening of new destinations.
• Establish and strengthen long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers.
• Contribute to the development of internal processes and enhance the efficiency of contract negotiations.
• Analyzing the product of our competitors to ensure our best rates for the multiple source markets.
• Monitor market trends to maintain our leading position.
• Ensure contractual terms comply with the latest legislative requirements.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as Contracting Manager
• Strong relationship with popular hotels and international hotel chains
• Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent strategic planning and implementation skills.
• High adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in travel and contract law.
• Outstanding presentation and argumentation skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to respond quickly to changes.

Language requirements:

• Proficient English
• Czech is an advantage
