Logistics specialist with focus on process improvement

We are looking for a hands‑on, proactive person with an open mindset who enjoys understanding processes, improving them, and turning ideas into real solutions in our distribution centers.

This role is not about “just following procedures” — it’s about actively shaping smarter, more efficient operations.

What you’ll be doing?

In this role, you’ll work closely with operational teams and technology to continuously improve how our distribution centers operate:

• Analyse operational processes in distribution centers and actively look for opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and reliability
• Support and evaluate automation solutions, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities in both systems and processes
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, service level, shrinkage, and complaints — and turn data into actions, not just reports
• Create, update, and maintain process documentation (process maps, work instructions) so that work is clear, simple, and efficient
• Take part in strategic operational projects, from idea phase to implementation
• Provide operational support related to FMD and MDR regulatory requirements
• Define and optimize stock counting rules and inventory cycles to ensure accuracy and transparency
• Design and implement new activities or improvements within existing operational processes

What we expect from you:

• Secondary education with a school‑leaving exam (A‑level equivalent)
• Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of MS Office, BI tools
• English at a communicative level and Czech language is mandatory
• Willingness to work with data, processes, and operational teams
