Key Responsibilities:
- Identify New Opportunities: Research and analyze market trends to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners.
- Develop Strategies: Create and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence.
- Conduct Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients showcasing the company’s services and solutions.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align business strategies and drive growth.
- Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate agreements and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Monitor Competitors: Keep an eye on competitors and industry trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Track and report on business development metrics, sales forecasts, and revenue growth.
- Attend Networking Events: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote services and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, (3-5 years as a minimum).
- Strong understanding of market research, sales strategies, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, plus project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in Czech and English (spoken & written)
