What you’ll do

• You’ll support a variety of initiatives (no two days are the same), including:
• Helping deliver internal projects and process improvements
• Supporting risk management activities and operational reporting
• Preparing internal communications and analytical materials (presentations, summaries, dashboards)
• Coordinating with stakeholders across the bank (local and offshore colleagues)
• Managing multiple tasks at once, prioritising effectively, and keeping communication clear and timely

What we’re looking for

• University student (Finance / Economics / Marketing or similar)
• Fluent Czech and English (spoken and written); Czech native speaker preferred
• Strong team player with a “see it through” mindset: ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Comfortable multitasking and meeting deadlines in a corporate environment
• Advanced MS Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Available around 20 hours per week; hybrid working setup
