As a Digital Marketing Manager at MphaR, you'll be responsible for driving our online presence and engagement across various digital platforms. From managing social media channels to overseeing website updates and collaborating with external agencies, your role will be integral to our marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute social media strategies, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, including content creation, post scheduling, and engagement.
● Manage corporate websites, ensuring regular updates, improvements, and collaboration with developers and graphic designers.
● Collaborate with an external agency on Google Ads campaigns and analyse traffic data using Google Analytics to optimize performance.
● Oversee the company's blog, including collaborating with writers, generating new article ideas, and ensuring content quality.
● Manage the company's Spotify podcast, from planning episodes to promotion and audience engagement.
Essential Skills:
● Creativity and initiative in developing engaging digital marketing campaigns.
● Excellent English writing skills for crafting compelling content across various platforms.
● Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize marketing efforts.
● Good taste in graphic design and proficiency in designing social media posts using tools like Figma.
● Strategic thinking to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
● Proficiency in data analysis to track and measure the success of digital marketing initiatives.
● Experience building multi-channel customer experiences to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
