Head of Project Management

We are looking for a leader who can bridge the gap between product development and manufacturing. As our Head of Project Management, you won't just track deadlines – you will become a strategic partner for major European brands in the cosmetics and FMCG sectors.

Your Key Mission:

• Team Leadership: Act as a mentor and coach for an international team of Project Managers and Packaging Development specialists.
• Product Development: Lead projects from the initial concept and prototyping phase through to full-scale serial production.
• Setting Standards: You will have the autonomy to fine-tune methodologies, processes, and KPIs to ensure projects run efficiently and at the highest quality.
• Strategic Client Partnership: Serve as the key contact for our customers – helping them bring new, sustainable, and innovative products to the market.

Who Are We Looking For?

• An Experienced Leader: Proven track record in people and project management within a manufacturing environment (ideally FMCG, Cosmetics, or Pharma).
• Development Expert: Deep understanding of the NPI (New Product Introduction) process with a technical and process-oriented mindset.
• Fluent Communicator: Excellent English is a must for daily interaction with our international team and global clients.
• Strategist: Ability to prioritize, handle escalations, and see the big picture in a dynamic environment.
