IT Support Specialist / System Administrator

We are looking for a colleague to join our IT team who has experience with IT support and a solid understanding of the Microsoft environment. You will handle day-to-day user requests, manage end-user devices, and also participate in the administration of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and the server environment.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t want to be limited to routine help desk work. You’ll have the opportunity to address technical issues in context, find appropriate solutions, and gradually take on responsibility for selected parts of our IT environment.

What can you expect from us?

• IT user support and independent resolution of technical requests and incidents.
• Administration of Microsoft 365, user accounts, permissions, and groups in Active Directory, and support for enterprise applications, including Dynamics 365.
• Management of computers, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and other end-user IT equipment.
• Working with the Windows Client and Windows Server environments and services such as Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and print servers.
• Resolving and tracking requests via a ticketing system.
• Monitoring IT infrastructure, performing regular maintenance, updates, and patch management.
• Involvement in IT security, prevention, and vulnerability management.
• Analysis of technical requirements and collaboration on the design and implementation of new solutions.
• Communication with international IT colleagues and external vendors, including the preparation and updating of technical documentation.
• Participation in on-call duty according to a set schedule.

What are the requirements for this position?

• Practical experience with IT support or IT environment management.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Windows Client and at least basic experience with Windows Server.
• Knowledge of basic network services and principles, particularly DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
• Experience with Azure and Linux and a basic understanding of their use is advantage .
• Experience with a ticketing or ITSM system and the ability to set priorities correctly.Basic understanding of IT security, patch management, and vulnerability management.
• Ability to analyze a technical problem, propose an appropriate solution, and see it through to completion.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level for communicating with international colleagues and working with technical documentation.
• Class B driver’s license.
