Chief Installation Supervisor (with French Language)

We are looking for a Chief Installation Supervisor (French Language) to expand our business unit based in Prague, Czech Republic. While we are based in Prague, this position requires up to 90% international travel, so you can be based anywhere in the Czech Republic.

What will be your responsibilities?

• QUALITY - Ensuring flawless installation of our machines, accessories and complex plant solutions for our clients
• EFFICENCY - Aiming for efficient plant improvement and cost reduction
• SAFETY - Always securing safety for our and our client's employees
• TEAMWORK - Promoting good teamwork and adherence to company policies. Leading our employees to deliver their best work.
• COMMUNICATION - Acting as the main contact for our clients and contractors on site

What do we expect from you?

• Technical education (Mechanical Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience
• Experience with site team management
• Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work internationally; willingness to travel abroad
• Driver's license
• Fluent English (B2+), knowledge of Czech is a plus
• Fluent French is advantage
