You will be responsible for:
· Welcoming visitors
· Receiving and sending mail, courier services management
· Booking of taxis, hotels, train tickets and flight tickets
· Responsible for the proper operation of the office
· Ordering office supplies and snacks
· Providing office benefits (fruits, etc.), kitchen preparation, refreshments
· Working with Outlook, Excel
· Communicating with suppliers
Is this You?
· Independent and customer oriented
· Strong communication skills and positive attitude
· Fluent Czech and English speaker
· Good knowledge of MS Office
