Finance Systems & Data Specialist

As Innomotics, we are building a global Accounting Hub that supports operations across Europe, as well as parts of Africa and Asia. We are currently seeking new colleagues to join our team and help drive the success of this hub.

Your responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain accounting and controlling master data in alignment with organizational structure
• Set up and maintain customer and vendor master data in alignment with business requests
• Manage and structure general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Ensure transparency and traceability of financial data across all allocation processes
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Manage and analyze financial and operational data from multiple sources
• Maintain, and optimize databases and data models
• Ensure data integrity, consistency and accuracy across systems
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to improve data architecture and workflows

What we will appreciate from you:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance or Data Analytics
• 2+ years experience in controlling or data analysis
• Experienced with ERP systems (SAP), databases and Power BI
• Knowledge of IFRS, consolidation are welcomed
• Familiar with accounting related processes and internal control systems
• Distinct time management skills to ensure keeping deadlines, flexibility to support ad hoc requirements are necessary
• Knowledge of Czech language is a must
• Fluent English is required for this position
