JOB DESCRIPTION
As a First Level Support specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for IPS employees, providing prompt and effective first line IT support. Your main duties will include:
- serving as the primary contact for employees seeking assistance with IT issues
- supporting the delivery of services within the IT services portfolio
- carrying out routine system administration activities
- continuing to enhance your professional expertise
- proactively contributing to the improvement and optimization of the infrastructure under management
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Professional knowledge:
- 1+ year proved technical experience with system administration
- experience with HW and SW issue identification and investigation
- experience with Microsoft Windows client OS, deployment and management
- ability to actively use PowerShell and contribute to development of internal PowerShell management modules
Nice to have (working experience):
- Microsoft Cloud Services
- Dell computers

- good command of English
