O pozici
At ComAp, our brand is one of our strongest assets. For more than three decades, it has helped us build trust with customers and partners across the globe — and how that brand looks and feels in every piece of communication is just as important as what we say. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support our Senior Creative Specialist in bringing our visual identity to life across every touchpoint, from internal materials to campaigns seen by customers around the world.
In this role, you will help execute and maintain the ComAp brand day to day: turning concepts into finished artwork, keeping our materials consistent, and making sure every graphic output — from a giveaway to a social post — lives up to the standard our brand deserves. It's a hands-on part-time role, well suited to someone still studying or looking to grow their design career alongside an experienced mentor.
Our products are genuinely complex: intelligent controllers, hybrid microgrids and power management systems that most people never see and even fewer instinctively understand. That's exactly why storytelling matters so much here — the visuals you help produce are often the bridge between deep engineering and a customer's or colleague's first understanding of what we do. You'll learn, alongside the Senior Creative Specialist, how to turn that technical depth into imagery people actually want to look at.
What will you do?
- Support the Senior Creative Specialist in producing visual concepts and graphical outputs for ComAp's external and internal communication.
- Help apply our brand identity and logo usage consistently across materials and channels.
- Prepare and adjust artwork for production, under guidance, working with typesetting, printing and other production processes.
- Assist with coordinating printouts and other production of graphical outputs with suppliers, agencies and print houses.
- Help design giveaways and promotional items that reflect our brand.
- Keep our photobank organised and up to date, and support product and lifestyle photoshoots.
- Support the creation and editing of video content, following the creative direction set by the Senior Creative Specialist.
Formats you'll work with
You'll get hands-on experience across a wide range of print, digital and experiential formats, including:
- Annual and ESG reports
- Product guides
- Segment brochures
- Industry exhibition booths and trade show collateral (roll-up banners, signage, badges)
- Social media visuals
- Mailing and email banners
- Giveaways and clothing design
- Product photography and lifestyle photoshoots
- Datasheets and technical/product documentation layout
- Corporate templates (PowerPoint, Word) used across the company
- Internal communication visuals
What do we expect from you?
- Studying towards, or holding, a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts or a related field.
- Some prior experience with graphic design, even from studies, internships or personal projects.
- Good understanding of design principles across print and digital formats.
- Working knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator or similar).
- An interest in the latest visual and graphic design trends.
- Curiosity about using AI tools to speed up and enhance graphic content creation.
- Good English, spoken and written.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
- Availability for part-time hours (to be agreed), with some flexibility around your studies or other commitments.
What we offer
- Career and personal development at a recognised, globally successful Czech company with international reach
- Modern offices near Prague - Holešovice metro station, with relaxation zones, a terrace, and free coffee, tea and fresh fruit every day
- An attractive benefits package including flexible working hours, home office, 5 weeks of holiday, 3 “Me days”, a Cafeteria benefits system, a performance-based bonus scheme, on-site parking, and great breakfasts in the office every month
- And last but not least, you'll become part of our amazing company culture, with regular team-building events and sports and social occasions such as the ComAp birthday celebration, Christmas party, and more
