Assistant to Procurement Leadership (Maternity Cover)🎯

What will you do?

• Coordinate the leadership agenda (boards, tender committees, strategic reviews) and ensure its smooth execution.
• Take ownership of preparing leadership materials – from structuring the content to final presentation.
• Act as a link across Procurement teams, ensuring alignment of inputs and priorities.
• Contribute to setting up and improving processes and governance (workflows, templates, approvals), helping increase transparency and efficiency.
• Drive internal communication, including newsletters, updates, intranet content, and event-related materials.
• Coordinate training and development activities in cooperation with HR and support the organization of internal events.
• Provide operational support to leadership (calendars, meetings, follow-ups) and contribute to budget tracking, administration, and day-to-day operations.
• Support additional tasks and priorities as needed.

✔ Have previous experience in a similar role (Executive Assistant, coordination, operations support) in a corporate environment.
✔ Are comfortable working with senior stakeholders and communicating across the organization.
✔ Have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple priorities.
✔ Have fluent (ideally native) Czech and professional working proficiency in English (C1).
✔ Have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
✔ Have experience with internal communication, event coordination, or training activities.
✔ Have a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
✔ Have a Category B driving licence and don’t mind getting behind the wheel when needed.
