Job Opportunity: Project Manager – Supply Chain & IT (Ostrava)
Role: Project Manager – Supply Chain / IT
Location: Ostrava, Czech Republic (Onsite)
Mobility: Occasional travel to Poland (Travel expenses covered)
Duration: 6 – 8 Months Mission (Full-time)
Start Date: Late February – Early March 2026

Context & Objectives

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to ensure the local coordination of a strategic Supply Chain project involving IT integration, specifically focusing on ERP and WMS workflows. This role serves as a vital operational bridge between the local teams in the Czech Republic Republic & Poland and the Corporate Group.

Project Management:

• Lead and coordinate the Supply Chain project perimeter within the Czech region.
• Operational Bridge: Maintain seamless communication and continuity between local
• operations and headquarters.
• Functional Analysis: Understand and challenge operational needs regarding IT
• flows, Navision ERP integration, and Supply Chain functional impacts.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage project communication, reporting, and
• coordination between business units and IT teams.
• Technical Oversight: Participate in resolving issues related to data, interfaces, and
• system flows.
• Project Control: Track actions, mitigate risks, and ensure the global project timeline
• is met.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Proven track record in Supply Chain or IT Project Management.
• Technical Expertise: Strong experience in ERP/WMS migrations and mastering ERP
• flows (interfaces, integration, business logic).
• Language Skills: Native/Fluent Czech is mandatory. Excellent command of
• English for international coordination.
• Location: Ability to work onsite in Ostrava and travel occasionally to Poland.
• Industry Background: Comfortable working within industry or logistics
• environments.
