Junior Business Analyst E-Commerce

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and curious Junior Business Analyst to join our e-commerce team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to grow within a dynamic, international environment. You’ll work across our portfolio of online stores, all tightly integrated with SAP and various marketing tools.

• You’ll be trained and supported by experienced colleagues, and you’ll play a key role in bridging business needs with technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Support the development and QA teams during implementation.
• Create and maintain documentation such as use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as a second-line support specialist, working with the Servicedesk to resolve complex issues.
• Participate in meetings and workshops to align business and technical teams.
• Learn and adapt to our proprietary platforms and integration landscape.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Strong communication and analytical thinking.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Open-minded approach and interest in new technologies, especially AI.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with SAP.
• Experience or knowledge of Kentico e-commerce platform.
• Exposure to Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Previous experience in business analysis or support roles (even internships or school projects).
