We’re Yves Rocher – a brand with respect for nature and people. Our B2B and marketplaces activities are experiencing a strong growth. To support this expansion, we are looking for an administrative support specialist for our B2B and marketplaces operations in CEE. This role is based in Prague, reporting locally and to our HQ in France.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Catalogue Management:

  • Ensure catalogue consistency among all partners, list the novelties and delist the discontinued products
  • Create and update product listings for each platform: gather internal data related to product description, logistics and regulatory topics
  • Optimize text descriptions with relevant key words, add specific visuals and banners dedicated to each platform
  • Liaise with creative agencies & partners to ensure the specific marketplaces requirements & brand guidelines are applied on each platforms
  • Answer ad hoc requests of creative designs for partners or ad agency

Sales performance & operations:

  • Assist the Senior marketplaces BtoB specialist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and products launches to increase sales
  • Be the operational point of contact for any request coming from our e-retail partners & marketplaces
  • Monitor stock levels & product shortage and report them to ensure product availabilities
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (logistics, finance, other sales channels) to ensure smooth operations and partner satisfaction

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Experience in e-commerce, preferably in a B2B and / or B2C environment is plus
  • Experienced user of MS Office – mainly Excel
  • Good understanding of digital platforms and BtoB challenges (e-retail players, marketplaces)
  • Demonstrated ability to work with commercial KPIs and committed to contribute to sales performance
  • Excellent organizational management skills with a focus on outcomes and deadlines
  • Fluent in English is mandatory (min. B2) and Czech as this role is reporting to local entity but also to our HQ in France
