Junior Web Publisher for Phillip Morris International (IQOS)

We are looking for a reliable diligent Web publisher with attention to detail who would fit our team based in Prague and who would be an excellent partner to our superb clients. We are growing local team to deliver higher number of tasks in more flexible time-frame.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Web updates based on assignments from client
• Ticket management
• Communication with digital teams abroad
• Web publishing

Basic scope of work on the website:

• Product management: You will be responsible for managing product content within the Syndigo & SAP Hybris platform. This includes creating, updating, and maintaining product listings to align with marketing initiatives.
• Website frontend management: Oversee the frontend aspect of clients' websites, ensuring product images, badges, and pricing are up-to-date. Your work will enhance the user experience and maintain a seamless product display.
• Collaboration & communication: Work closely with teams both locally and abroad, ensuring smooth operations and timely task fulfillment across departments.

Required experience:

• 1-2 years of experience with web administration would be perfect, particularly in product and promotion management. But we are happy to provide the training within the platform as well.
• CMS experience: Familiarity with content management systems, especially for managing front-end content, is required.
• Czech or Slovak native speaker (with a good grammar)
• English (at least B2)
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Well organized and reliable
• Team oriented

We would be happy if you have:

• Strong computer skills including but not limited to Jira, Confluence, Workfront, MS Office suite
• Working knowledge of Syndigo/Hybris
• Familiarity with AEM and DAM is an advantage for managing product images but is not a strict requirement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and bridge builder
• Ability to function appropriately under stressful conditions
• Proven customer experience with technical experience
