TIPSY Mini is a new, modern concept store with Asian and European food. We are looking for colleagues who will help us create a place with a young, friendly and positive atmosphere, where customers will be happy to return.

We don't just want someone "behind the cash register." We are looking for active, communicative personalities who are not afraid to greet customers, give them advice, recommend something new, or simply chat with them.

⏰ Who are we currently looking for?
☀️ A. Day shift
🕖 07:00–17:00
📅 2–4× per week

Do you prefer longer shifts and more days off during the week? This option might be for you.

🌙 B. Evening shift
🕔 17:00–21:00
📅 3–4 times a week

A great option, for example, for studying or as a regular part-time job in the afternoon and evening.

📅 C. Weekend shifts
🕖 07:00–21:00
📅 Saturday and/or Sunday

For those who are comfortable working mainly on weekends.

🌍 Can communicate in Czech and English - we have many Czech and foreign customers.

🙌 He knows how to create a pleasant atmosphere and wants customers to feel welcome.

💪 He is active and doesn't mind working on his feet.

👀 He is attentive and doesn't always wait for instructions - when he sees that something needs to be added, cleaned up, or a customer needs help, he gets to work.

🤝 He is reliable, responsible and a team player.

No experience in retail is required. If you have the right attitude and a desire to learn, we will teach you everything else.

🛍️ What will you do?
Welcome and serve customers.
Work with the cash register system.
Help customers and recommend products to them.
Communicate with customers in Czech and English.
Replenish and arrange goods.
Check the freshness and quality of products.
Receive and store deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the store.
Open or close the store according to the shift.
Together with the team, create a friendly, lively and pleasant TIPSY Mini atmosphere.
