Project Manager EMEA Project Centre - s češtinou

Join the EMEA Project Team at ComAp and work on technical projects that power energy solutions across the EMEA region.

We’re a team of project managers who support each other, share experience, and work in English on a daily basis. You’ll be backed by strong senior colleagues and involved in end‑to‑end technical solutions – from initial planning and design through delivery, installation, and commissioning. Our projects have real impact and contribute to the development of ComAp’s technical know-how across EMEA.

We’re currently looking for a Project Manager, ideally at senior or strong medior level, who enjoys taking ownership, coordinating things from end to end, and handling multiple projects at the same time.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Managing end to end technical projects – from design and production through delivery, installation, commissioning, validation, and handover.

• Owning project acceptance criteria (scope, timeline, margin).

• Coordinating multiple parallel projects – multitasking and prioritisation are key.

• Working closely with production, supply chain, sales, product and segment managers.

• Setting up and running communication flows and project rules with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

• Overseeing project delivery, including occasional on site support at customer locations.

• Planning and coordinating capacities across the project portfolio together with other project managers and team leads.

• Working with our internal PM tools based on CRM platform.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in project management (Senior profile is welcome, but we’re also open to an experienced medior with growth potential).

• Background in a technical or engineering environment is an advantage.

• Ability to handle several projects at once and stay organised in a dynamic environment.

• Strong coordination and communication skills – internally and externally.

• Czech at least at a basic level and English for everyday communication.

• Experience in a B2B environment is a plus.

• ERP (MS Dynamics 365) experience is a plus, not a must.

• Independence, openness, willingness to share.
