In your mission, you truly thrive, because:
- Together with your colleagues, you overview, monitor, and manage the smooth and successful delivery and, if necessary, return processing of orders to best serve our customers.
- Our customers appreciate your strong communication skills, and your colleagues value your clear and well-structured documentation of work steps.
- You are responsible for planning and coordinating orders in the hardware lifecycle environment.
- You monitor order-related ticket queues and ensure proper ticket routing and completion.
- Additionally, you schedule existing orders in the customer system and qualify/adjust the orders/tickets accordingly.

Your skills? More than interesting:
- Technical background, understands the lifecycle of a request or incident within the IT environment, preferably in order management.
- Initial experience with ITSM tools and solid knowledge of SAP, as well as working with service knowledge management and knowledge management tools.
- We especially appreciate your communication skills and your willingness to engage deeply with customer challenges.
- You bring solid experience, sensitivity, and soft skills for dealing with customers.
- Fluent written and spoken English and German language skills.

Location Flexibility: Open to candidates living within a 3-hour travel radius of Prague (e.g., Brno, Plzeň...).
Hybrid/Remote Setup: Work comfortably from home, with occasional travel to the Prague HQ for team collaboration (handled as company-sponsored business trips).
