R2R Accountant (part-time)

Are you ready to take your accounting expertise to the next level? We're looking for a skilled R2R Accountant to bring precision and dedication to our finance team.

Bühler Praha's GBS is a growing finance center with more than 60 passionate accountants. We take care of finance processes for Bühler entities in 7 different countries and help them work more efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will be?

• Performing regular operational services such as recording and reconciling financial transactions, preparing financial statements, asset accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Conducting period end closing and reporting activities for financial and management accounting (SAP FI/CO, Oracle HFM and OneStream).
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations and develop new process documentation if needed.
• Assisting with external (financial statement audit) and internal audit queries and providing the necessary documentation.
• You will also participate on process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of General Ledger operations.
• As a part-time employee your first week of the month would be busier then the remaining three weeks.

Who are you?

• You have a background in Economics, ideally with a specialization in Finance and/or Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
• You bring 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in Record-to-Report within a Global Business Services environment.
• You have hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO, MS Office—especially Excel and Outlook—and ideally also Oracle HFM and OneStream.
• You communicate confidently in English; an additional language such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
• You are a positive, team-oriented person with a strong sense of responsibility.
