O pozici

We are looking for a currently enrolled university student with valid student status in a technical field, or a fresh graduate (up to 1 year after graduation) who is eager to gain practical experience in automotive innovation and autonomous driving technologies.

As a System Validation Engineer Trainee, you will support the validation of next-generation automotive RADAR systems (e.g., Blockage, Intereference Mitigation). Working alongside experienced engineers, you will bridge the gap between academic theory and hands-on automotive R&D using vehicles, advanced simulation tools and test benches.

Activities

Test Execution: Conduct radar system tests on vehicles, benches and analyze test logs
Test Support: Assist in drafting test cases based on system requirements
Defect Tracking: Document test results, report bugs/anomalies, and maintain clear traceability
Collaboration: Work within cross-functional, international teams (Software, System, Mechatronic and Validation)

Requirements

University student (active university status) in a technical field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Cybernetics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems, Automotive Engineering) or a fresh graduate, up to 1 year after graduation
Basic understanding of RADAR or signal processing fundamentals
Familiarity with automotive tools (Vector CANoe/CANape) and protocols (CAN, Automotive Ethernet)
Fluent in Czech (written and spoken)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and a passion for autonomous driving technology
