VAT Specialist Junior (Part-time) – Join Our Headquarter Tax Team!

We’re looking for a motivated candidate to join our HQ Tax team and to work closely with Indirect Tax Manager. This is a part-time role for 2-2,5 days per week, fixed term of 6 months.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and validate data for VAT returns, Intrastat, and other VAT-related reports
• Support timely processing of VAT payments and refunds
• Conduct VAT account reconciliations and work with transactional data
• Assist during indirect tax audits and collaboration with tax authorities and external advisors
• Take part in automation and digitalization projects (e-reporting, e-invoicing, SAF-T)
• Work closely with AP/AR and Customer Service teams to resolve invoicing errors impacting VAT

What we’re looking for

• A candidate with interest in tax/VAT
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP experience is an advantage
• A reliable, detail-oriented, and well-organized team player
• Fluent English (any additional language is a strong plus)
