Business Development Assistant – Beauty Event

Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), is seeking a temporary worker to assist with business matchmaking and event coordination in Prague.

Responsibilities

• Arranging B2B offline meetings between Czech and Korean companies in Beauty industry
• Performing market research
• Providing on-site support and promotion at KOTRA’s Event in Prague - May 13th, 14th, 15th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 2026
• Assisting the core team with event preparations

Requirements

• Native Czech speaker (C2) with a good command of English (B2– C1); knowledge of Korean is a plus
• Strong communication skills (telephone and email interactions on daily basis)
• Experience in event project management is a plus
• Experience in B2B beauty industry is a plus
• Familiarity with Czech-Korean business and diplomatic relations is a plus
• Willingness to work in the office
• Own laptop required

Details

• Working period: From the date of hire(Immediate start) - May 27th, 2026
• Preferred: Full-time (40 hours/week), but working hours are negotiable (Part-time possible). We will prefer a person with higher working time availability and willingness to work in our office on- site.
• Office hours : 8:00–17:00 (lunch time 12:00-13:00)
