Data Engineer

Your Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze data related to supply chain performance to find and derive patterns and insights.
• Translate client business objectives into solutions.
• Derive insights and patterns with the use of Jupyter Notebook in Databricks.
• Co-create strategic focus of Top Management reporting governance for >40 Wholesale locations.
• Collaborate closely with our Data Engineering and Data Analyst team to realize these requirements as lean as possible.
• Independent implementation of data-driven Process Mining projects
• Confident handling of the expert tool Celonis in both the front-end and back-end (Data Analyst/Data Engineer)
• Document your work clearly and share knowledge within the team

What You Bring (Must-have)

• Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Strong skills in Python and PL/SQL for ETL tasks.
• Good knowledge in MatPlotLib, Pandas, Dash or alike.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebook and git.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Very good English skills (written and spoken).

What You Bring (Nice-to-have)

• Supply chain logistics process know-how.
• Experience in data mining projects.
• Jira and Confluence experience.
• German language skills are an advantage.
