Hardware Engineer – COMOS Wiring Diagrams

We are seeking a Hardware Engineer to support the transition to COMOS for electrical design. You will create and update wiring diagrams, validate data, and ensure compliance with standards.

What you’ll do:

• Translate and standardize existing wiring diagrams from our legacy environment into COMOS (structured migration with clear rules).
• Guard standards & quality – apply electrical norms and Bühler design rules.
• Build and maintain the COMOS HW template/library for machines and process lines.
• Partner closely with Mechanical Engineering and Project Management to align machine parameters with the right electrical templates.

What we’re looking for

• Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach in a database-driven environment
• Solid knowledge of electrical schematics and control/power panels
• Experience with any electrical CAD software (e.g., EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, RUPLAN, E‑BASE, etc.) is a strong advantage
• Motivation to learn and work with COMOS
• Degree in Electrical Engineering (or a similar field is an advantage)
• English at a communicative level (Czech is a plus)
