Business Analyst (Trade Marketing Investment)

The role

As a TMI & Business Analyst, you will turn commercial data into meaningful insights that support effective customer investment management and better business decisions. You will work closely with Key Account Managers, Sales Support, Finance and other cross-functional teams to improve reporting, promotional effectiveness and customer profitability. This is a great opportunity to influence commercial performance, business processes and contribute to the OPUS transformation.

We are ideally looking for someone who can join us as soon as possible.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Manage and monitor customer investments within the TMI budget.
• Analyse promotional effectiveness, customer profitability and TMI performance.
• Create, maintain and improve reports and analytical tools based on current business needs.
• Identify performance deviations, risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to commercial teams.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers, Sales Support and Finance to improve processes and support informed decision-making.
• Manage customer bonus agreements and related administration in SAP.
• Support the OPUS transformation by validating local processes related to pricing, promotions, customer master data and Trade Promotion Management.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Is available for an immediate start
• Has experience in business analysis, reporting, controlling or commercial support, ideally within the FMCG sector, and can confidently work with commercial and financial data.
• Brings strong skills in data analysis, advanced Excel, SAP and business reporting, combined with clear communication and attention to detail.
• Thinks end-to-end, proactively identifies risks and opportunities, and takes ownership of delivering accurate and actionable insights.
• Is comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation.
• Communicates confidently in Czech and English and approaches challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Values collaboration, open communication and teamwork.
• Holder of a valid Category B driving licence
