PROCESS ENGINEER - AUTOMATION

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer – Automation to join our team and support the development and optimization of automated manufacturing processes. We require

• High school or college of technical direction (ideally electrical engineering, automation or related)
• English (technical documentation, communication with colleagues) – B2/C1
• Good knowledge of Czech language, written and spoken
• Experience in process or automation engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of MS Office

Job content

• We are looking for a skilled and motivated Process Engineer specializing in Automation to join our engineering team
• You will play a key role in improving manufacturing efficiency, implementing new technologies, and driving automation initiatives across our production processes
• Analyze, optimize, and standardize production and assembly processes with a focus on automation and efficiency.
• Contribution on automation systems or modifications to existing ones to enhance productivity and quality.
• Support programming and coordinate with external automation suppliers when necessary.
• Participate in validation, and troubleshooting of automated systems and production lines.
• Collaborate with maintenance, production, and IT departments to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of automated equipment.
• Lead or support automation-related projects, including documentation, timelines, and budget control.
• Identify opportunities for process innovation, Industry 4.0 solutions, and data-driven process control.
• Provide technical training and support to operators and maintenance teams.
