Business Analyst in Professional Services (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a new team member to join us as a Business Analyst in Professional Services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the Resource Management Office in operative project staffing and strategic demand and capacity planning of all DACH resources to ensure billable utilization
• Communicate with project teams, technical resource and business management to support excellent staffing results (DACH and EMEA level)
• Design, build and enhance reporting tools and dashboards that are used by the team and relevant stakeholders (mainly using Salesforce)
• Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into an actionable format
• Prepare presentations and decision templates to support business outcomes

What do you need to make real what matters?

• Bachelor of Arts in business administration or comparable degree
• Excellent professional knowledge of MS Office (expert knowledge of Power Point and Excel: loading external data, using Pivot Table and/or Pivot Chart)
• Experience ideally in Resource Management
• Experience in Project Management would be preferable
• Experience/background in visualizing data/information
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English
• Intermediate written and verbal communication in German will be a plus
• Ability of combining technical knowledge with very good communication skills
• Experience of working in resource management/project management business will be a plus
• Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP®) of the Resource Management Institure (RMI) or comparable certifications
