What you can expect

Our setters have the opportunity to work with unique engineering technologies and become part of a team involved in their development. What are the main responsibilities?

• Operating machines (Minster, Aida, Schuller presses) and equipment (coiling, straightening, and feeding machines)
• Setting up tools according to product specifications
• Tool maintenance
• Ensuring smooth production in cooperation with the tool shop
• Releasing production and performing regular inspections (measurements)
• Completing production documentation
• Material handling

This is a three-shift operation (8-hour shifts). You will rotate weekly between night, afternoon, and morning shifts, working Monday to Friday. Overtime opportunities are also available, allowing you to significantly increase your earnings.

• Vocational education in a technical field (graduates welcome!) or relevant technical experience
• Technical thinking; basic knowledge of technical documentation is an advantage
