HOW IS WORKING IN THE MARKETING TEAM SPECIAL?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordination and support of Clubcard activities, campaigns, mailings and customer communications on the local market
• Ensuring flawless execution of Clubcard initiatives in compliance with local legislation and internal standards
• Daily cooperation with internal and external partners, including helpline providers, stores, agencies, printing houses and data processing suppliers
• Responsibility for Clubcard customer data protection and GDPR compliance
• Acting as the key contact during customer data privacy audits and authority inspections
• Leading internal KFC (Key Financial Control) audits and preparing required documentation and evidence
• Supporting the development of Clubcard propositions through customer insights and data analysis
• Preparation of training materials and workshops for store and office colleagues
• Creation and distribution of regular reports for internal stakeholders and business partners
• Supporting presentations, proposition plans and ad hoc local or Central Europe Clubcard projects
• Member of Central European Clubcard team in Marketing department

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or higher education
• 1-2 years of professional experience in marketing, customer loyalty, project coordination or a related area
• Czech/Slovak (Native), English (Upper-Intermediate, B2)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Stakeholder management and communication skills
• Project management capabilities
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work with sensitive customer data and maintain confidentiality
• Experience with GDPR or data privacy topics is an advantage
