We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our agile marketing team and help us inspire customers and grow our presence for Omega Optix locally and globally.

Omega Optix s.r.o., part of the EssilorLuxottica group, is a Czech manufacturer and distributor of spectacle lenses with over thirty years of industry experience. The production lab in Brandýs nad Labem is one of the most modern laboratories in Europe. In addition to the local market, Omega Optix exports over 4 million lenses to 40 countries around the world every year.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will drive impactful field marketing initiatives, trade events, product launches and digital communication efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with sales teams and regional marketing hubs to align our local execution with global strategies—positioning Omega Optix at the forefront of innovation.

Main responsibilities:

• Execute field marketing, trade shows, digital campaigns, and PR activities for Omega Optix.
• Develop and deploy marketing strategies in collaboration with local sales teams and regional/global marketing.
• Implement global brand strategies and ensure consistent communication across touchpoints.
• Shape portfolio, pricing, and promotional tactics tailored to local market needs.
• Deliver trade activations and tools to support sales teams and eyecare professionals.
• Manage marketing performance and track ROI within budget.

Main requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Proven ability to work across B2B and B2C channels, ideally with category development experience.
• Track record managing external agencies (trade marketing, creative, media).
• Strong presentation and project management skills.
• Proactive mindset, learning agility, and a team-oriented spirit.
• Fluency in Czech and very good command of English; other languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
