Job Description

As a Campaign Systems & Analytics II, you will bridge the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution. Your mission is to build, monitor, and analyze high-performing campaigns while clearly communicating marketing's contribution to revenue.
Utilizing your intermediate expertise in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, you will own campaign automation, tracking, and reporting. We are looking for a process-driven specialist and an avid user of AI tools who can translate business strategies into seamless automated workflows, efficiently manage incoming requests, and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure flawless campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Plays a key role in the implementation of KPIs and tracks metrics against KPIs for campaigns, lead management and events.
• Leads the creation and maintenance of HTML e-mails, online forms, landing pages, and monthly e-newsletters.
• Develops marketing automation templates.
• Builds and maintains the regional marketing contact database.
• Performs the administration of data model strategy and health:
• Implements KPIs and tracks metrics against KPIs for marketing contact database.
• Assists regional marketing with database loads and ensure campaign associations.
• Assists with the team governance of data quality.
• Performs data cleansing and data archiving.
• Ensures compliance and adherence to all applicable laws such as (GDPR, CANSPAM, California Law etc).
• Manages opt-out accuracy/compliance.
• Ensures taxonomy pick lists in the database are accurate and up to date
• Monitors real-time reports of campaign results.
• Analyzes results and recommends actions to improve performance.
• Works on database expansion and segmentation.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of all areas within a Marketing Automation Program and lead management systems (Marketing Cloud/Pardot preferred) and how they align with other integrated technologies including; Emails, Landing Pages, Dynamic Content, Segments, Prospects, Campaigns, Reporting, etc. while following best practices for optimal performance.
• Strong partnering with internal leadership, including effective interlock with appropriate SMEs and Performance marketers.
• Accountability - Sharp attention to detail; Energetic hard worker, driven to deliver exceptional results.
• Avid user of AI tools such as Gemini.
• Self-sufficient individual with a proven track record of obtaining desired results, both individually and within a team.
• Must have a good understanding of the Web and Web technology (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap) including a firm understanding of relational data structure with the ability and desire to expand current technical skill set.
