FOOD TECHNOLOGIST – PLANT-BASED PRODUCTS

Would you like to see your ideas move from the first concept all the way to factory production?

Join our team in Krupka as a Food Technologist and play a key role in developing and improving our plant-based products. You will combine food science, creativity and hands-on factory experience to create products that taste great and work in real production.

What will you do?

• Lead product development projects from concept to industrialization and manage your projects independently.
• Develop new plant-based products and improve existing recipes and manufacturing processes.
• Translate consumer and business needs into products that are great-tasting, technically feasible and commercially viable.
• Plan, conduct and evaluate factory trials and support the successful launch of new products into production.
• Work closely with Marketing, Production, Quality, Regulatory, Packaging and other experts.
• Evaluate new raw materials and support product costing and technical feasibility assessments.
• Coordinate product samples, sensory evaluations and shelf-life testing.
• Help solve product and process challenges directly in the factory.
• Contribute to innovation and ideation sessions and bring your own ideas for new products, improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain relevant technical documentation and ensure compliance with food safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• What are we looking for?
• University degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Biochemistry or a related field.
• Ideally 2+ years of relevant experience in food development, technology or manufacturing.
• Good technical understanding of food products and manufacturing processes.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage projects and priorities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity, initiative and the motivation to turn ideas into real products.
• Experience with SAP, sensory evaluation, HACCP, product industrialization or food manufacturing is an advantage.
