🚀 What You’ll Do

• Own the organic growth and SEO performance of Invia’s websites.
• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing SEO team.
• Define a modern SEO vision and execute strategies that deliver measurable results.
• Collaborate across teams to turn ideas into action.
• Stay hands-on — leading not only with vision, but also with execution.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of proven SEO experience with strong results in traffic & revenue growth (ideally in e-commerce or travel).
• Native Czech speaker with fluent English (spoken & written).
• Solid background in international SEO (multi-language / multi-regional websites).
• Experience with large-scale projects: migrations, launches, replatforming.
• Expert in SEO tools: GSC, GA, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Analytical mindset — turning data into smart, actionable insights.
• Hands-on, proactive leader who takes ownership.
• Passion for SEO trends & algorithm shifts — and the drive to transform them into measurable success.
