Service Centre Team Leader

We are looking for a new colleague to join the 🅰️🅱️🅱️ EUOPC team in Ostrava for the position of Service Centre Team Leader. This role combines people leadership, project management expertise, process ownership, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a growing Service Centre team of 12+ professionals, supporting the full service lifecycle, including service project coordination, care agreements, spare parts operations, and service engineer coordination.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members, enabling professional growth and talent development.
• Drive development of team capabilities, competencies, and expertise in project management, project controls, and service excellence.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, service operational excellence, customer focus, and accountability within the team.
• Define, promote, and standardize best practices across service support
• Support the implementation and adoption of standardized processes, methodologies, and digital tools across Local Divisions and business units.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and advisor.
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for expanding service offerings, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and supporting the continued growth of the team and organization.
• Ensure resource capacity, workload balancing, and effective utilization of team capabilities to meet business objectives.

We require from you:

• Experience in people management
• Past experience in project management, project controlling
• Knowledge of SAP
• Understanding of service activities
• Know-how of ABB project management principles
• Good communication skills
• Pro-active and self-driven personality
• Ability to motivate others and further develop the team
• Advanced in English – daily active communication
