HR Generalist – part time job

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Generalist (part time) to support contractual and administrative HR agenda related to Managing Directors across the Elevion Group in an international environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Administration of contractual documentation related to Managing Directors.
• Coordination and review of management agreements with external legal advisors.
• Ensuring compliance with local legal requirements and internal policies.
• Communication with external legal counsel in various jurisdictions.
• Administrative support related to working abroad (work permits, visas, certifications).
• Maintaining records, monitoring deadlines and supporting approval processes.

Your profile:

• University degree or ongoing studies, preferably in Law.
• Interest in contractual documentation and HR administration.
• Fluency in English and Czech.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of contract or corporate law.
• Previous experience or internship in HR, administration or legal environment.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Additional foreign language (e.g. German).
